Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
On 20 October 2025, OMARA introduced the compulsory use of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for all registered migration agents (RMAs) and continuing professional development providers (CPD providers) within the OMARA Portal.
MFA adds an extra layer of security, helping to protect personal and sensitive information from unauthorised access.
If you did not migrate to an MFA account prior to 2 February 2026, you will be locked out of the OMARA Portal. This means you cannot access your CPD records, lodge a registration application or seek approval as a CPD provider.
