Publication of a registered migration agent’s details, including their email address, is not to be interpreted as consent, either expressed or implied, to receive unsolicited commercial electronic messages as defined by section 6 of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). A person in receipt of unsolicited commercial electronic messages may be entitled to refer the matter to the Australian Communication and Media Authority
Australian Communication and Media Authority
Some registered migration agents offer their services through more than one organisation. Where one of the organisations is a Non-Profit organisation and you require immigration assistance from that agent through that organisation you should contact the organisation directly.
The Authority also provides information regarding agents who have been cautioned, suspended, cancelled, a list of former agents whose registration has expired and a list of people who have recently applied for registration.
