If you are unhappy with the quality of a CPD activity, you can make a complaint to OMARA. Depending on the type of complaint, we will investigate and act if required.
The standards that CPD providers must meet are in the
Migration Agents (IMMI 17/047: CPD Activities, Approval of CPD Providers and CPD Provider Standards) Instrument 2017.
If you have experienced poor quality CPD, you may decide not to attend activities delivered by that CPD provider in the future. There are many approved CPD providers to choose from.
