If your application is approved
If your application for registration as a migration agent is approved, the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority will:
- notify you of approval by email
- publish your registration details on this website
Register of Migration Agents
You must provide us with at least one email address when applying to become a registered agent for us to
- publish on the register
- use for direct communication between you and the OMARA and as a security measure for password recovery to the secure agent login area on this website. The email address you provide should not be a group mailbox or an email address that can accessed by others.
If you prefer, you can provide us with two email addresses for these two purposes.
If you use a Hotmail email address you may experience difficulty receiving emails from us. If you are using a Hotmail address and do not hear from us within eight weeks from the date of the tax invoice we sent you, you should check on this website for your application status.
We will supply your published email address to the Department of Home Affairs. They will use it to communicate with you on urgent notifications and visa applications.
